Earwig Tuam Arts Festival is holding a film night later this month and is looking for submissions from local film makers. The popular 'We Like Short Shorts' programme is back for the 2010 Tuam Arts Festival and will features short films in any genre, as long as they are under ten minutes long.
Earwig Tuam Arts Festival runs from 20 to 28 August. Earwig! are a community arts organisation who run the festival, which is now its eighth year.
The Tuam Arts Festival is now accepting applications for entry to the competition, which this year welcomes back the Audience Award, and is especially interested in screening films that are under five minutes long.
To enter, send your film in DVD format with contact information and a short biography of crew and cast, plus a synopsis to 'We Like Short Shorts', Earwig! The Arts Lab, Dublin Road, Tuam, Co. Galway
