Ireland's top soul performer Buck Taylor to perform at Monroe's Live on Friday 30 July. Internationally renowned James Brown impersonator Buck Taylor will be one of the highlights of Monroe's Live Race Week entertainment programme and has been hailed as Ireland's best soul music performer.
Hailing from Louisville, Kentucky, USA, Donald 'Buck' Taylor and his brother 'Bird' Taylor, formed the award-winning 'Taylor Made' band, clinching such accolades as the 'Best of Boston' (Boston Globe) Award.
Renowned for his unparalleled vocal ability, Buck Taylor has performed and recorded with many legendary artists including Dan Akyroyd and The Blues Brothers, Booker T & The MG's, Aerosmith, Patti Labelle, Martha Reeves, Jimmy Buffet, New Kids on the Block, Peter Wolf, Dr John, Joan Jett, James Taylor, Livingstone Taylor and many more.
